Career Care Institute’s accredited Vocational Nursing (VN) program will prepare you for the ever-changing field of healthcare. The course will take place in a lecture style classroom where you will learn a variety of nursing fundamentals. You will also visit an array of nursing facilities for hands on clinical training. We believe there are valuable lessons by combining textbook knowledge with the application of that knowledge in a health care setting while providing safe patient-centered care.
Our nursing department and Administration emphasize ethical behavior and the safe delivery of patient care. Our program produces well-rounded, competent graduates ready to take and pass the National Council Licensure Examination for Vocational/Practical Nurses (NCLEX-PN®). Licensure is a requirement for employment as a licensed vocational nurse.
