The Medical Assisting diploma program is designed to prepare students for positions as entry-level medical assistants in a physician’s office, or other medical facilities. This program focuses on providing instruction, through a combination of classroom, laboratory and clinical experiences, in the skills necessary to assist physicians in both the administrative and clinical duties of a medical facility. The program requires a minimum of 51 credit hours to be completed in approximately 10 months.

The diploma program in Veterinary Assisting is designed to prepare students for entry-level employment as an assistant to a Veterinarian or Veterinary Technician. The program will provide students with a foundation of knowledge in ethics and law, animal anatomy and physiology, medical terminology, and animal care activities.
