Hybrid Medical Assistant Training Curriculum
Our hands-on Medical Assistant training program curriculum combines lectures with practical exercises in the medical and computer laboratories.
Hybrid Training:
Our Hybrid Medical Assistant program provides in person instruction and flexibility for you to complete your assignments each week. Students are trained in Electronic Health Records, front office skills, pharmacology and much more!
In The Lab:
PCI’s Hybrid Medical Assistant program offers limited campus time. Students are only required to come to campus 2x a week! Students learn how to perform injections, phlebotomy, EKG, urinalysis, microscopy, autoclaving and other vital clinical skills needed in any medical office. Training includes a 200- hour, “real world” externship with one of our professional partners.
Medical Office Assistants help ensure the efficient operation of today’s medical offices, hospitals and clinics. PCI Health Training Center’s Medical Office Assistant program is designed to prepare graduates to work in as little as 6 months! Students in the Medical Office Assistant training program learn essential front office and administrative skills needed in any medical office. Our Medical Office Assistant training program is comprehensive to prepare graduates to enter the workforce and pursue their careers.
