New England Institute of Technology, also known as New England Tech or NEIT, is a private, nonprofit, co-educational technical university. Since 1940, we've been at the forefront of experiential, hands-on education, preparing our graduates with the knowledge, skills and technical experience that employers are increasingly seeking.
This degree allows you to acquire the skills that are needed in today’s rapidly changing medical industry. Practice in small classes and labs to achieve skill competency before progressing to in-the-field study. Upon graduating with a degree, you’ll be able to provide competent patient care and fulfill laboratory and administrative duties in an entry-level position as a medical assistant in a variety of settings. After gaining experience, you’ll be qualified to assume managerial tasks and ultimately function as an office manager of a group medical practice.
Our associate program in Nursing prepares you to provide care for diverse populations through the acquisition of knowledge, clinical skills and highly developed judgment skills. Clinical and laboratory experiences complement classroom learning. You’ll be ready to work in a variety of settings, including hospitals, healthcare clinics and outpatient facilities.
This associate degree program prepares you to become part of a physical rehabilitation team. Through classroom and clinical training, learn how to collect data to determine the effectiveness of patient interventions, carry out physical therapies outlined in PT treatment plans, use technology to overcome disabilities, and design activities to help people reach their goals.
