Are you currently a Registered Nurse (RN) looking to enhance your nursing knowledge or to expand your employment opportunities? If so then BYU-Idaho's RN to BSN (Bachelors of Science in Nursing) program was designed to help you achieve those goals.
The RN to BSN program is available all semesters and generally takes three to six consecutive semesters to complete. The courses may be taken online, on campus or through Distance Education.
The field of Public Health is one of the fastest growing industries in the world today. Currently in the United States there are over 1 million Public Health jobs in the public, private, and non-profit sectors. According to the Bureau of Labor Statistics, employment in the Public Health field is projected to grow 20% by 2020, faster than the average.
This degree prepares students to work in Public Health careers promoting, educating, and protecting the health of a population. The program prepares students to take the Certified Health Education Specialist (CHES) examination offered through the National Committee on Health Education Credentialing, Inc. (NCHEC).
