The Pre-Vet/Pre-Professional option will provide you with a foundation in the biological and physical sciences for careers in emerging areas of animal biotechnology while satisfying requirements for application to Auburn’s College of Veterinary Medicine, other professional schools or graduate school.
Many students choose our science-intensive academic options in preparation for entrance into medical, veterinary and other health-related graduate and professional programs. Our pre-vet and pre-med tracks include the the Department of Animal Sciences, the Department of Poultry Science and the School of Fisheries, Aquaculture and Aquatic Sciences.
