About

Pioneer Pacific College makes the admissions, enrollment, and financial planning process simple. It has streamlined its curriculum so you can complete your educational program as quickly as possible.

The school offers programs in Healthcare, Paralegal, Business, and Culinary Arts. Its programs begin to provide students with the necessary skills from day one. Many offer hands-on experience through externships with local businesses. The school works hard to ensure its graduates can transition smoothly into new careers.

Pioneer Pacific College is continually striving to improve its programs and student experience. It works with local companies on a regular basis to find out what skills they need future employees to have so that it can help our graduates be well equipped. The school also strives to keep class sizes small because it knows students who have more time with their instructors do better in school.

Healthcare Administration

The Healthcare Administration program combines a foundation in medical administration with a thorough understanding of computer applications, solid groundwork in accounting and courses in human resource and organization management. This combination is designed to prepare the student for administration careers in the healthcare industry. Students learn through a combination of lecture, labs and simulation. Students will gain a comprehensive understanding of the application of management principles to the healthcare environment and be prepared for entry level administrative positions.

Medical Assisting

The Medical Assisting program is designed to prepare the graduate for an entry-level position in a physician’s office or medical clinic. The program emphasizes the development of clinical skills to train students for positions such as medical assistant, medical receptionist, health plan coordinator and medical insurance customer service representative. Students learn not only in the classroom, but also in a laboratory which simulates the facilities, equipment, and records found in both the clinical and administrative areas of ambulatory care centers.

Medical Office Administration

The objective of this program is to prepare graduates for entry-level medical office administration positions. Graduates are trained in general office skills, computer operation skills, receiving patients, preparing medical forms, and in the administration of today’s complex medical and healthcare offices. Employment is directed towards doctors’ offices, hospitals, clinics, and other offices.

Radiologic Technology

The Radiologic Technology program prepares students to practice as proficient, multi-skilled professionals in a culturally diverse health care setting; to demonstrate outcomes required by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) and program guidelines; and to apply for and successfully complete ARRT certification examination and possess the qualifications of an entry-level radiographer.
