Skilled Trades
Miller-Motte College’s Medical Billing & Coding program helps prepare you to pursue a career within healthcare and insurance management. This program allows you to pursue a diploma or certificate in Medical Billing & Coding in a flexible and affordable environment. Enrollment is on a rolling basis with classes beginning every 5 weeks, and you can be finished with your Certificate/Diploma in Medical Billing & Coding in as little as 15 months.
Along with classroom education, in-person students at Miller-Motte will get the opportunity to participate in an externship where they will get hands-on training in a workplace environment to strengthen their skills.
Miller-Motte College’s Dental Assisting program helps prepare you to pursue a career within dentistry. This program allows you to pursue an Associate of Applied Science in Dental Assisting at our North Carolina campuses or a diploma at our Tennessee campus in a flexible environment that combines in-classroom learning with hands-on experience. Enrollment is on a rolling basis with classes beginning every 5 to 10 weeks depending on location, and you can be finished with your Associate of Applied Science in Dental Assisting in as little as 18 months or your diploma in as little as 15 months.

Miller-Motte College’s Pharmacy Technician program helps prepare you to pursue a career within the healthcare industry helping dispense important medications. This program allows you to pursue a Pharmacy Technician Associate of Applied Science in a flexible environment that combines classroom learning with hands-on in-person experience, or entirely online. Enrollment is on a rolling basis with classes beginning every 5-10 weeks, and you can be finished with your Associate of Science in Pharmacy Technician diploma in as little as 18 months.
Miller-Motte College’s Healthcare Information Technology program helps prepare you to pursue a career within medical records and healthcare management. This hybrid track or online program allows you to pursue an Associate Degree in Healthcare Information Technology in a flexible environment that combines online learning with hands-on in-person experience, should you choose in-person attendance. Enrollment is on a rolling basis with classes programs beginning every 5 to 10 weeks depending on location, and you can be finished with your Healthcare Information Technology diploma in as little as 18 to 20 months.
