Campus: The medical billing and coding specialist program will teach you keyboarding skills, medical insurance billing, medical codes, computer applications, office procedures, business communication skills, and so much more. Upon completing the program (even years after you graduate), SCI’s career services team is here to help you jump-start your career better than any other medical billing and coding schools in the state.
Online: The Southern Careers Institute medical billing and coding online courses are available to you anywhere with an internet connection! In true SCI fashion, this campus keeps you close to the things that matter to you; your family and your home.

If you have a passion for helping others and want a career in medicine, this is the program for you! As a medical assistant, you'll assist doctors, work with nurses, and care for patients.

The pharmacy technician schools in Texas teach students a variety of skills including keyboarding, computer applications, pharmacy operations and procedures, basic pharmacology skills, and so much more. You will gain the skills you need to assist pharmacists and improve patient care. After graduating from the pharmacy technician program, SCI’s career services team is set up to help you get your foot in the door and launch your career in the medical field.

The medial office school teaches students keyboarding skills, computer applications, office procedures, business communication skills, medical office duties, medical terminology, and so much more. Upon completing the program, SCI’s career services team is ready to assist you with launching your career in the medical field.

The Nurse Aide program with SCI will introduce you to the skills needed to provide quality care for patients as well as hands-on clinical experience.
You’ll learn alongside students just like you, learning skills that you can use in the real world.
- Build up the knowledge and experience to qualify for Certified Nurse Aide and Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation certifications
- Develop the critical skills necessary to provide clinical care
- Work toward a career with clinical experience, restorative services, and nursing and personal care skills
